The Hamilton, Fulton and Montgomery Prevention Council was formed in 1987 by concerned citizens from all three counties. Originally named the Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Council of Hamilton, Fulton and Montgomery Counties, the mission of the council has always been to reduce the rate of substance abuse in our area.

Hamilton County


Meets on the second Thursday of the month at 9:00 am in the upper level conference room of the Hamilton County Courthouse.

Fulton County


Normally meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 9:30 in the HFM Prevention Council Training Center.

Montgomery County

Meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 9:30 am in the assembly room of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
